Ismail graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy (WCCMT) and have extensive experience treating a wide range of pain and orthopedic conditions including; whiplash, neck pain, low back pain, shoulder and elbow pain, hip and knee pain, injuries resulting from motor vehicle accidents (MVA), plantar fasciitis, TMJ dysfunction, thoracic outlet syndrome, neurological conditions, as well as any other aches, pain or injuries that patients may have.

His treatment approach provides just the perfect amount of pressure to obtain the best therapeutic results for my patients ensuring that pre-set treatment goals are met or exceeded. I also provide patients with homecare instructions, thus ensuring that patients can continue to improve even after their sessions while at home.

With over 16 years of rich clinical experience Deepti is the lead physiotherapist and has a variety of interests and clinical experience including orthopaedics, sports, work place injuries and injuries caused from motor vehicle accidents. She developed a keen interest in TMJ, Vestibular Rehab, cervical & lumbar disorders and myofascial pain syndromes. Janson Lai grew up in Taiwan. He is a second-generation traditional Chinese medical practitioner. He started out watching his father treating people when he was twelve years of age, and has carried the values of those ancient healing practices with him today.
